The Thaï Express head office, 8150 route Transcanadienne, suite 200, St-Laurent, Quebec, H4S 1M5, is seeking dynamic candidates to fill positions (full time ) as customer service agent at our call center for our delivery program. We offer a competitive salary and a flexible schedule.
Description of tasks
Take calls for orders from customers;
Guide clients through the order process efficiently;
Route customer orders to the appropriate restaurant;
Keep track of the orders until they are fullfilled;
Respond to and resolve customer complaints
Have experience in customer service;
Fully bilingual in english and french;
Be empathetic to customers needs;
Be enthusiastic about the brand ;
Able to work under pressure and in a team environment; Be responsible, reliable and punctual.
